Summary

The 180 Career Advanced Curriculum is an intense 6 month strategic coaching program. 3 months of this course will be spent in Self Discovery, Life Transformation, and Strategic Implementation, followed by an additional 3 more months of strategic follow up, implementation, and accountability. We will discover your purpose; develop a vision, a mission statement, and put a detailed action plan in place. This is a simple but very direct business/implementation plan that we can launch from. When the plan meets the road during the next 90 days, we will have regular follow up strategic sessions to ensure your success. We’ve created your concept; put together your vision, identified objectives, key strategies, and specific attainable goals for the first 90 days. We will assess your progress at the 90 Day mark, and re-hone your plan to ensure that you’re still heading in the right direction. If it’s a business, we’ve identified and laid out the entire major areas that need to be implemented; Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations, Research & Development, as well as financial forecasting, and we make it happen!

Phase 1 – 180 Career Discovery Program

The 180 Career Discovery Program is a self discovery and life planning process. We will be uncovering everything we can about you. From your obvious strengths down to the deepest core of who are, and where the inner most passion, values, and desires live. We bring these visions to surface through tests, deep questioning, reading/ study, insight, and inspiration. Everything we will pull from here, will lead us into where we need to go. We will create 85% of the process. This is what we call Building North. What we unveil all gets put together into a picture puzzle here that says what your life is all about. This is the over-arching theme about you, which will guide you, feed you, nourish you, and evolve you even deeper as you move forward throughout the rest of your life. This is your compass, your purpose. We take that purpose, and apply it to your visions in all areas of your life to ensure you have the proper balance before moving forward. It becomes a life balancing process, where you decide the life you want, and the career reflects that life.

This encompasses:

• One 90 minute Kickoff Session
• Three 45 minute Strategic Sessions
• Optional choice to have the Coaching Sessions recorded, and receive downloadable MP3s
• Unlimited Phone Chats and E-mails in between

B. Statement of Greatness™ – We will start from a place of Strength by understanding this statement about you.
C. The Core of Your Being – The “Life” Plan and Opportunity Visioning Process
D. The Blending – Allowing the Career Options to Reflect the Life Compass and Statement of Greatness™

Phase 2 – 180 Career Action Planning

Here is where we will identify a focused vision and/or concept on a specific career application and begin taking what we know about ourselves and what we want in life, and creating a plan of action for your new career. Whether it is in a new job or starting your own busi

ness, we will uncover this through a specific 90 Day Strategic Career Action process aiming at primary Goals, and developing an implementation schedule. We will hone in on who it is your serving (market), discover your threats and weaknesses, and maximize on your strengths and opportunities. In this staging area, we’re going to identify the platform you will sing from, and create the song that you are going to sing. That song is the message of your life, your visions, and how you are going to serve. We’ll identify who you are serving, and begin building in that direction. At the end of this phase, you will have a simple but very direct business/implementation plan that we can launch from.

This encompasses:

• Three 45 minute Strategic Sessions
• Optional choice to have the Coaching Sessions recorded, and receive downloadable MP3s
• Unlimited Phone Chats and E-mails in between

Topics Include

A. Focused Career Visioning – We will identify a focused vision for your career application.
B. Concept/ Idea / Message – Typically geared towards a business startup, where we are creating a message that narrows to a specific concept and niche. This flows into branding.
C. Strategic Goal/Action Planning – Breaking the vision and concept down from a 30,000 foot perspective to bite size achievable goals.

 

Phase 3: 180 Implementation of Career Application

 

This is where the action plan meets the road. We’ve created your concept; put together your vision, identified objectives, key strategies, and specific attainable goals for the first 90 days. If it’s a business, we’ve identified and laid out all the major areas that need to be implemented; Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations, Research & Development, as well as Financial forecasting. We will walk through implementation together, inspired, motivated, encouraged, and held accountable throughout the process.

This encompasses:

• Five 45 minute Strategic Sessions
• One 90 minute Closing/ Assessment Session
• Optional choice to have the Coaching Sessions recorded, and receive downloadable MP3s
• Unlimited Phone Chats and E-mails in between

Topics Include

A. Execution/ Implementation – The forward march, and always working with every given moment to fulfill your vision.
B. Gathering and Building – Building Resources, Relationships, and Strategic Development – The making and the building of your plan.
C. Check points/ Accountability – Moving through the process with specific checkpoints and measurements of success, as well as working through obstacles.
