Coaching Options

I designed a program that basically developed out of the 48 Days to The Work You Love system as my success story and how this stuff actually works! You’re getting first hand fruits and how-to’s learned from my own journey in the process and from the successes of many of my clients I’ve worked with. I use a very effective approach to helping people find that drive, inspiration, meaning, and to get on track financially and passionately with their lives, businesses, and careers.

Option 1

180 Degrees Career Launch - $4500

The 180 Degrees Career Launch program is about a 6 week self discovery and focused career planning process. We will be uncovering everything we can about you. From your strengths down to the deepest core of who you are, and where the inner most passion, values, and desires live. We bring these visions to surface through assessments, deep questioning, reading/ study, insight, and inspiration. Everything we will pull from here, will lead us into where we need to go. We will create 85% of the process. This is what we call Building North. What we unveil all gets put together into a picture puzzle here that says what your life is all about. This is the over-arching theme about you, which will guide you, feed you, nourish you, and evolve you even deeper as you move forward throughout the rest of your life. This is your compass, your purpose. We take that purpose, and apply it to your visions in all areas of your life to ensure you have the proper balance before moving forward. It becomes a life balancing process, where you decide the life you want, and the career reflects that life.

Direct connection consists of 6 weekly 90 minute coaching sessions, with open-ended email contact on an ongoing basis.

Option 2

180 Degree Applied Curriculum - $3000/Month

The 180 Degrees Applied Curriculum is an intense 3 to 6 month strategic coaching program for all areas of life. It’s typically a follow-up and accountability entry point from the Career Launch program. This involves Self Discovery, Life Transformation; followed by strategic planning for each role, follow up, implementation, and accountability.

We will discover your purpose; develop a vision, a mission statement, and put a detailed action plan in place. This action planning process typically involves identifying success in 7 different areas of your life to which I explain and guide you through three virtuous states of living in order to live out these specific areas. Once we understand what success means to you in each area can we then determine the work models and applications best.

After identifying success in all areas, this becomes a simple but very direct career/business implementation plan that we can launch from. We’ve identified a concept or your best fit to serve; put together your vision, identified objectives, key strategies, and specific attainable goals; typically within 90 days. We will assess your progress at the 90 Day mark, and re-hone your plan to ensure that you’re still heading in the right direction. If it’s a business, we’ve identified and laid out the entire major areas that need to be implemented; Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations, Research & Development, as well as financial forecasting, and we make it happen!

Direct connection consists of 3 one-hour coaching sessions each month, with open-ended email contact on an ongoing basis.

I recommend a 3-month minimum engagement. At the end of six months of continuous coaching a full day at your home or place of business can be arranged.

My value as a coach must ultimately be judged by the success which you achieve.

You desire deeper and meaningful relationships, a better sense of community and service attitude to live out your life as a vocation.

Option 3

180 Degree Strategy – $1500

This is a very focused intense 2 session process, and is also typically a follow-up to the Career Launch program. It’s focused on a specific career or business objective with the intentions of breaking it all back to understandable goals and priorities that we can begin implementing immediately. Here we will create a plan of action for your new career. Whether it is in a new job or starting your own business, we will uncover this through a specific 90 Day Strategic Career Action process aiming at primary Goals and developing an implementation schedule. We will hone in on who it is your serving (market), discover your threats and weaknesses and maximize on your strengths and opportunities. We’ll identify who you are serving, and begin building in that direction. At the end of this phase, you will have strong next steps through a simple but very direct business/implementation plan that you can launch from.
